Terms of Use
Effective October 3, 2026
These terms are the agreement between you and Stamped when you use the app. By creating an account, you agree to them and to the Privacy Policy.
Your account
You need to be at least 13 to use Stamped. Keep your sign-in details to yourself; you're responsible for what happens on your account. You can delete it any time in Settings › Delete Account.
Your stamps
What you log and the photos you add are yours. You give Stamped permission to store them and show them to the people your privacy settings allow, only so the app can work. That permission ends when you delete them or your account.
Only add things you have the right to share, and don't tag people in things they weren't part of.
No tolerance for abuse
Stamped has no tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users. Don't post or send anything that:
- harasses, bullies, threatens or demeans anyone;
- is hateful toward people for who they are;
- is sexually explicit, violent or gory, or involves minors in any inappropriate way;
- is spam, a scam, or pretends to be someone else;
- breaks the law or someone else's rights.
You can block anyone, and report a person or a stamp, from their profile. We review reports within 24 hours, and we remove content and accounts that break these rules, without warning if needed.
Things in Stamped that aren't ours
Film and TV information comes from TMDB, books from Open Library, games from RAWG, albums from Apple's iTunes, live events from Ticketmaster, and places from Apple Maps. They belong to their owners. This product uses the TMDB API but is not endorsed or certified by TMDB.
The service
We work to keep Stamped running and your passport safe, but it's provided as it is, without guarantees that it will always be available or free of mistakes. To the extent the law allows, Stamped isn't liable for indirect losses from using it. We may change or stop features, and we'll update these terms in the app if they change.
